The cage for MMA "FL-Cage. PRO. UFC special"  created by Fitness Life using high-quality materials and the latest production technology.

The diameter of the fighting area is 9.85 m (32.5 ft) (inscribed in a square: 9.15 x 9.15 m (30 ft x 30 ft), the diameter of the podium is 12.45 m (41.1 ft) (inscribed in a square: 11.6 x 11.6 m (38 ft x 38 ft), the height of the podium is 1.2 m (4 ft)

The UFC cage is an octagonal structure with walls of metal chain-link fence coated with black vinyl. The standard octagon has a diameter of 30 ft (9.1 m) with a 6 ft (1.83 m) high fence.The cage sits atop a platform, raising it 4 ft (1.2 m) from the ground. It has foam padding around the top of the fence and between each of the eight sections. It also has two entry-exit gates opposite each other. The mat, painted with sponsorship logos and art, is replaced for each event.

Cage set includes also the special reinvented by Fitness Life metal mesh, that specifically transmits light of projectors through itself.

For smaller venues and events, the UFC often uses a smaller cage, which is only 25 ft (7.6 m) across.

Assembling of this cage goes very quickly, thanks to the latest design principles and simple step-by-step manuals supplied with the product - even a persons, who has never done it will make it really fast.

Premium PVC-kembrick, that is used in production of our meshes provides the most safe contact of fighters with the mesh wire. The thickness of the lattice netting: 4.2 mm. + 1.5 mm premium PVC-cambrik.
Logotypes can be applied on request on the flooring (bottom) of the octagon and on the side and top protective cushions of the cage.
Cushions and sleeves are made of high-quality polyethylene foam, covered with expensive, strong, beautiful matte PU-leather.

The construcktion of the podium cage is made by a unique patented technology "FL-Quick-mount System", allowing you to assemble it, with the help of simple tools (a list of which we will send you) in 60 minutes. 
  • No bolts and screws.
  • No locks.
  • Everything is very simple.

Also, the assembly process is facilitated by the fact that all elements of the metal carcass podium covered with a durable plastic compound, and each type of interchangeable elements is painted in its color, thanks to this you will never mix up the parts.

Complete set of octagon:
  • Soft decking: high quality compressed foam sponge mats, density 180-200 kg/cmb
  • PVC-covering 650g/m2 or cotton-canvas for tournaments for a choice.
  • Perimeter space between the floor and the flooring is closed by PVC skirts
  • scaffolding/base/segment frame material - black steel profile/circular tube
  • powder coating, bolt joints and original design - no backlashes, creaks and other unpleasant things
  • Decking - 21 mm plywood
  • 2 sections with wicket door as standard
  • Soft padding of sections - 20 mm of polyethylene foam + 650 g/m2 of PVC
  • flip-up cushions PE 40 mm. + PVC 650 gr/m2
  • Velcro tape fastening of the protection. 
  • The design of the scaffolding provides for compensators of unevenness of the floor with protective pads for preservation of the floor surface. 
Basic configuration includes:
  • 2 gates and two ladders . 
  • Metal mesh for lightings, that surrounds combat zone.
  • 4 platforms for operators, that are mounted on the corners of the cage.
