Double-sided "Judo-mats" form a versatile floor covering for competitions and training in taekwondo, karate, kickboxing, as well as for fitness and aerobics classes. Judo-mats are made of EVA rubber foam and have standard dimensions of 1m x 1m.


Thickness of Judo-mats can be different.
For example, for dodjang (taekwondo and karate coverings) the thickness of the mat should be not more than 2,5 cm.

Mats with a thickness of 4 cm are usually used to equip fitness rooms.
Special fasteners in the form of hooks ("dovetail") on the perimeter of each Judo-mats allow quick and easy mounting and dismounting of coverage.
Two-sided relief structure prevents slipping.
