The cage for MMA "FL-Floor Cage. IMMAF special" created by Fitness Life using high-quality materials and the latest production technology.

We are proud to have in our assortment "FL-Floor Cage. IMMAF special", because we spent more than two years reinventing our cage, special for IMMAF and fully according to IMMAF technical regulations and manufactured with all safety requirements, built and specified floor standing fighting area for academies, gyms, clubs and events globally. After a lengthy design and development consultation period the bespoke equipment features a host of enhanced and advanced modifications to ensure fast and easy assembly, safe use, disassembly and storage.

This first of its kind floor standing fighting area, has several key and uniquely important design and safety modifications that shall see it as a “First in class” fighting area for Global distribution. The unique and cleverly enhanced safety design features make this a “go to” product under IMMAF license to all of our member federations and beyond to make this the de facto and required standard for all National and International Mixed Martial Arts competitions.

It has foam padding around the top of the fence and between each of the eight sections. Cage has basically two entry-exit gates opposite each other.
The mat, painted with sponsorship logos and art, is replaced for each event.

As an additional option, it is possible to ass also the special reinvented by Fitness Life metal mesh, that specifically transmits light of projectors through itself.

Combat Zone Diameter / Catwalk Diameter:

1) Combat zone long diameter is 7,6 m (inscribed in square: 23 ft (7 m) x 23 ft (7 m))

2) Combat zone long diameter 8.57 m (inscribed square: 26 ft (7.92 m) x 26 ft (7.92 m))

3) Combat zone long diameter 10.55 m (inscribed in a square: 30 ft (9.75 m) x 30 ft (9.75 m))

Assembling of this cage goes very quickly, thanks to the latest design principles and simple step-by-step manuals supplied with the product — even a persons, who has never done it will make it really fast.

Logotypes can be applied on request on the flooring (bottom) of the octagon and on the side and top protective cushions of the cage.
Cushions and sleeves are made of high-quality polyethylene foam, covered with expensive, strong, beautiful matte PU-leather.

Declaration of compliance
The manufacturer adheres to the current national and European regulations on the protection of the environment. In addition the manufacturer states that the products have been manufactured using materials that meet the required technical and quality specifications and the relevant national or International regulations.

Technical description.
•Cage has basically two entry-exit gates opposite each other.
• Galvanised iron tube structure 40 mm x 60 mm x 2 mm.
• Soft padding of sections — 20 mm of polyethylene foam + 650 g/m2 of PVC
• flip-up cushions PE 40 mm. + PVC 650 gr/m2
• Iron rod for fixing 10 mm diameter wire mesh.
• 12 mm diameter hinges for iron doors.
• Premium PVC-kembrick, that is used in production of our meshes provides the most safe contact of fighters with the mesh wire. The thickness of the lattice netting: 4.2 mm. + 1.5 mm PVC-cambrik.
• Eyelet bolts for net draft with nuts and washers in galvanized iron brand thread
M8x60.
• Plates for cameramen in 2 mm bent iron and powder coated.
• Adjustable and detachable 800 mm x 600 mm cameramen/photographer platforms - 4 pcs.
•Soft decking: EVA-mats, thickness 4 cm, hardness 35-40 shore
•PVC-covering 650g/m2 or cotton-canvas for tournaments for a choice.
• 16 mm diameter steel door closing key.
• Internal corner posts in 80 mm medium density foam completely covered in laced "stay put" P.V.C
• 19 mm thick medium density foam tubulars for structure padding covered in imitationleatherette.
